MPSC states a range rather than one figure: the width may be 125 to 130 pixels and the height 150 to 170. This page uses 128 × 160, comfortably inside both bands, so pixel rounding cannot push the file outside the limit.
The signature is a separate specification — 125–130 wide by 50–60 tall, also under 50 KB.
MPSC also rejects file names containing spaces or special characters, and the error message does not say so. Rename the file to something like photo.jpg before uploading. A full explanation is in the MPSC guide.
